Refund Policy


All sales are FINAL, however we want you to love your new product! The photos of the products are made as real as possible, returns are only allowed in case the product has arrived with some damage, we are not responsible for the misuse of the piece. All our products have attached a card with the explanation of how to care for and preserve it.

When we refer to damages, we are talking about important damages such as: broken pieces, raised enamel, stones out of place or broken, some bending. For any claim you should contact our contact on the HOME page.

Take into consideration that each of our products are handmade and are unique designer pieces, our work is NOT industrial.

Items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, bags, and any gifts with purchase.

Please note: If our QA team finds your item to be worn or abused, we cannot process your return. In this case, we will send you an email with the next steps.


Personalized pieces that are cut to order - This includes any initials, names or years, necklaces, rings, earrings, bracelets.

Sale items that display "compare to" prices that can be found on the SALE page are considered final sale and will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

Special discount codes showing "NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES" on promotional material and throughout our site at the time of purchase. Your delivery note will also be stamped "ALL SALES ARE FINAL - No returns or exchanges."

In the event a return is attempted, the package will be sent back to the original address.

International return labels cannot be processed.
